Patented Technology
The patented Tecnovap electromagnetic float system assures the perfect level of water to be in the boiler at all times when operating a continuous use machine. This technology has many incredible benefits including a more stable pressure and temperature as the water level is always at the optimum level for steam production, the electromagnetic moving float makes it so the boiler is always in continuous movement which prevents the settling of calcium and other water deposits creating essentially a self cleaning boiler. Overheated water is a particularly useful feature found on tecnovap machines, this opens a special valve on the boiler to injection boiler water from the unit into the steam to help dislodge encrusted dirt and perform applications that might require more water than the standard 5% found in the dry vapor steam, it also allows you to rinse away dirt, providing a more thorough clean than any other steam cleaner out there. Dupray offer continuous refill machines which operate with two separate water reservoirs, one being a water tank and the other is the boiler. This system allows for very small amounts of water to be continuously added to the boiler according to the demand sensed by the electromagnetic float, because this system is so precise to allow small amounts of water to be added it means that the injection of cooler water into the boiler is unnoticed and thus the steam production and temperature is unaffected. The continuous refill feature allows for operation of the steam cleaner continuously without having to stop when more water is needed, allowing you to work 24/7.
