What is Dry steam?
Dry steam is a technology that produces steam containing only 5% water. Creating a product that is ideal for cleaning in areas that are sensitive to water and water waste. The high temperature and pressure also create an ideal product to perform various previously difficult tasks.

Are delivery costs included in the price?
Delivery is included to Canadian provinces for machine purchases, the cost of shipping for accessories and detergents is extra.

Technical Questions
Do the steam machines operate on 110V or 220V?
The majority of our machines operate on 110V and are available on 220V. Dupray also offers the exclusive ability to run simultaneously on 110V and 220V with Steam Box Mini. Steam Box Industrial runs on 600V.
What does BAR mean?
Bar is a unit of measure for pressure 1 Bar is equal to 14.5 psi
What is overheated water injection?
Overheated water injection is a technology allows boiling water to be injected into the steam to allow for rinsing the surface you're cleaning.
Do you offer HEPA filters?
Yes, they are available on certain models with little modification to the vacuum unit.
